The Grand Hyatt is located at the southern end of Kauai on Poipu Beach. The resort is a short 25 minute drive from Lihue Airport (LIH). You can take a ride share like UBER from the airport but I recommend renting a vehicle so you can explore the best of the island!
Pro Tip - if you are going to spend full days at the resort and don't need a rental car you can rent a vehicle directly at the hotel to save money!

This resort is easily one of the best accommodations on the island. This is a must book when planning a trip to Kauai and is in a perfect location to explore the amazing parts of the island. This resort is in a much quieter part of the island compared to the busier Princeville on the North side of the island.
