The Fontainebleau Las Vegas Hotel Review

There is a brand new Casino and Resort on the Vegas Strip. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened its doors at the end of 2023 and is resetting the bar for luxury properties. I was blown away by my experience and stay.

Here’s everything you need to know before you book a stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

THE BRAND

The Fontainebleau has expanded their brand to Las Vegas with the newest chapter in their 70 year history. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach had a legacy of unparalleled service, design, and luxury accommodations. They are bringing their rich history to Sin City with the opening of the Strip’s Newest Property.

THE LOCATION

The Fontainebleau is situated on the North end of the Las Vegas Strip and a 20 minute drive from the Vegas Airport.

The resort sits on the ideal location for those looking to enjoy a luxurious and calm environment while being minutes away from all of the excitement the city has to offer.

Many of the hotels in the heart of the strip are overcrowded with thousands of visitors pouring in to the doors to see shows, gamble, party, shop, or eat. This resort shields itself from the craziness allowing for a more sophisticated and calm environment for their guests.

THE RESORT

Everything about this property is comfortably elegant from the decor to the staff. You will be in awe from the moment you walk through the doors with magnificent floral displays, timeless art, grand chandeliers, and plenty of space in every direction. There is a great classic theme throughout the property and has a much more refreshing atmosphere compared to some of the other themed resorts in Las Vegas.

THE ROOMS

There are 3,644 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites on property each with a chic and luxe feel that is setting a new standard of luxury accommodations.

The standard Guest Rooms are very spacious and have separate tables, chairs, and chaise lounges for you to enjoy when you are relaxing in your room. Indulge in the best night of sleep with the sumptuous bedding where you can control everything in the room from the control panel including the lights, motorized drapes, and my favorite - the blackout shades. The bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub, large separate shower, and double sink elegant vanities.

The Guest Rooms will have beautiful red rock mountain views including the iconic Stratosphere. Or, you can indulge in an upgraded Strip View room where you will see the brand new Sphere and the rest of the Vegas Strip illuminated at night.

It is Vegas so of course there are upgraded Suites and the even more extravagant Luxury Suites where you will find private living and dining areas, pool tables, and elegant decor.

THE DINING

Whether you are looking for a quick grab and gogo bitel, a casual sit down, or world class fine dining, there are endless options at your disposal.

The Promenade is an upscale food hall where you can grab fresh bagels, savory Tacos, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, and more.

There are tons of great casual dining options from The Tavern serving American classics, Vida for breakfast and lunch favorites, The Washing Potato service Chinese noodles, Cafe Cuto the Italian Care, La Cote the French poolside eatery, or Chez Bon Bon serving grab and go delights.

If you are looking for signature dining then you must try Don’s Prime the iconic old school steakhouse, La Fontine the French brunch and dinner experience, Komodo serving Southeast Asian Fusion, ITO the exclusive 12 seat modern sushi spot, Kyu a Miami favorite with Asian Favorites, or Chyna Club with elevated Cantonese Cuisine.

Of course, you can also indulge in 24 hour rooms service with tons of dining options available at a moment’s request.

THE AMENITIES

The fitness center on property is PHENOMENAL. Truly one of the best hotel gyms, or gyms period, that I have ever seen.

You can’t go to Vegas without enjoying the pools. There are multiple outdoor pool areas with cabanas, day beads, and plenty of seating to enjoy. There are tons of pool bars as well where you will find everyone enjoying themselves in the warm summer months.

Treat yourself to a relaxing day of self care at their world class spa with treatments and relaxing lounges to unwind.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

Vegas is the ultimate adult playground so of course you have a large casino on property. There are tons of machines and tables to choose from with a beautiful bar in the center.

If you are looking for a night of fun and dancing then you can head to LIV nightclub which is right on property featuring the world’s most famous DJs.

If night clubs are a thing of the past for you then you need to book tickets to a show at their Live Theater on property or at one of the other iconic venues in Vegas. The Sphere was truly a remarkable experience where we saw U2 play their final show. They have new artists coming there in the future and also have a movie they play during the week as well. There are also the iconic Cirque du Soleil shows that are always a must see for nightly entertainment.

OVERALL IMPRESSION

Vegas is always about the newest and best so why not head to the newest property on the Strip. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas did not disappoint. The service was great from the check in to the daily housekeeping. The resort was not overcrowded or dirty and very meticulous and well kept.

Whether you are seeking a relaxing vacation, a romantic getaway, or a fun time with friends, the Fountainblue Las Vegas is the ultimate destination and has everything to offer you on property for a perfect stay.
